1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Avenue360 website, services or client portal operated by Avenue 360 inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Avenue360 operates a platform designed to present and promote businesses, establishments and organizations through business listings, photographs, virtual tours, multimedia content, links, business information and other digital tools.

3. Accounts and Client Portal

Certain features require a client account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security issue involving your account.

4. Business Information and Content

Businesses and their representatives are responsible for the accuracy, legality and updating of the information they provide or modify, including contact information, descriptions, photographs, images, links and other content associated with their listing.

Avenue360 may perform certain verification, presentation or moderation activities but does not guarantee that all published information will be complete, accurate or current at all times.

5. Permission to Use Content

By submitting or uploading photographs, logos, text, videos, virtual tours or other content to Avenue360, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and provide that content.

You grant Avenue 360 inc. non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, technically adapt and display such content for the operation, presentation and promotion of your listing and Avenue360 services.

6. Virtual Tours and Third-Party Services

Certain listings may integrate virtual tours, maps, reservation systems, social networks or other services operated by third parties. Those services may be subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers. Avenue 360 inc. is not responsible for the availability or operation of external services outside its control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Avenue360 for illegal, fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes, or to publish content that infringes the rights of others, applicable laws or the security of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The Avenue360 platform, its visual identity, structure, graphic elements, software and content owned by Avenue 360 inc. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content belonging to businesses or third parties remains the property of its respective owners.

9. Service Availability and Changes

Avenue 360 inc. strives to maintain the availability and proper operation of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be modified, improved, suspended or replaced for development, maintenance or security purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avenue 360 inc. shall not be liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a business or third party, the use of external services, temporary service interruptions or use of the platform contrary to these Terms.

11. Suspension or Removal of Content

Avenue 360 inc. reserves the right to remove or suspend content, a listing or access where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it violates these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights or platform security.

12. Changes to These Terms

Avenue 360 inc. may modify these Terms to reflect changes to its services, practices or applicable requirements. The date of the latest update appears at the beginning of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
